Dear TRAJECTS Junior Researcher
This report serves to conclude your TRAJECTS Junior Research Stay for 2022. The purpose of the report is for you to provide feedback on your experiences of the junior research stay, as well as to have a visual product of the results of the stay. The report consists of two academic documents and two or three administrative documents as appropriate, all of which are attached for download and completion.
The academic documents consist of a questionnaire (JRS Report 2022 attached) where we expect you to share information about your stay in terms of the thematic content you worked on and the activities you performed, key learnings and outcomes you developed, the alignment of the stay with the objectives and vision of TRAJECTS, and your personal experiences – did the research stay live up to your expectations, what were the highlights, what could be improved, and where do you see yourself going from here? A second academic document is the creation of a results poster (Poster Template JRS 2022) describing the highlights and themes of your stay. On the other hand, it is necessary to fill out for all cases, without exception, the administrative documents called "Confirmation of Attendance" and "Acknowledgement of Receipt", which certify that you completed the total time of stay and that you received the agreed financial payments in full. In case you had to start your stay virtually for some reason, we ask you to submit the "DAAD_form_a_online_ beggining" document in addition to the above-mentioned documents.
The deadline for submitting the closing report of your stay is Friday, January 31, 2023. Once the questionnaire, poster and administrative closing documents are completed, submitted and approved satisfactorily by the TRAJECTS team, you will receive a Certificate of Completion and Fulfillment of your Junior Research Stay.
Remember that the templates of the documents to be filled out can be found attached in their official formats in the Files section below. Both the questionnaire and the administrative documents must be uploaded in MS Word or PDF format, while the poster must be uploaded in ppt or PDF. If you have problems or errors when uploading the files you can send them by email to the academic coordination of your HUB.
