Digital Communications Professional – TRAJECTS Project
About the Role
The Transnational Centre for Just Transitions in Energy, Climate and Sustainability (TRAJECTS) is seeking a Digital Communications Professional to lead the design and implementation of its integrated communications strategy.
The selected candidate will be responsible for strengthening the Centre’s visibility and positioning through the strategic management of digital channels, the production of bilingual content, and the coordination of communication activities aimed at academic, community-based, and international audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Social media and community management.
- Website management and content updates.
- Production of digital, graphic, and multimedia content.
- Monitoring, analysis, and reporting of digital performance metrics.
Desired Profile
- Degree in Communications, Journalism, Design, Advertising, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- At least two (2) years of proven experience in institutional digital communications.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Excellent writing and editing skills in both English and Spanish.
- Experience translating, adapting, and disseminating academic content for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
- Experience managing Content Management Systems (CMS).
- Experience or demonstrated interest in energy transitions, climate justice, sustainability, and territorial development will be considered an asset.

Location: Bogotá, Colombia (hybrid modality)
Contract Type: Service contract
Work Environment: International academic cooperation project
Languages Required: Spanish and English
Monthly salary range: between $5,000,000 and $6,000,000.(Colombian pesos)
